New CDs!
Yesterday was Best Buy Day in the Kayser/Jandreau household. The new Evanescence CD, The Open Door, came out yesterday. Obviously a must-buy. While browsing the racks, we found the new Sugarcult CD Lights Out. I remembered I’m going to see New Found Glory in a month, so I bought their latest, Coming Home. I finally caved and bought the Panic! At The Disco CD A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out. I really, really didn’t want to like them, but their song “I Write Sings Not Tragedies” is so catchy, I couldn’t help it.
Needless to say, I added all those to my mp3 player this morning and immediately listened to the new Evanescence. I like it…how can you not with that voice?! Some songs I barely paid attention to, but I’m sure it will grow on me. I listened to “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” at least four times. Not the whole album…just that song. That’s how I am. I’m going to listen to it until I’m sick of it.
